YK Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH

We are an independent law firm under German law, founded in 2021 and based in Düsseldorf. Our German and Chinese legal team advises clients on all matters of German-Chinese legal relations – in German, English and Chinese.

We represent companies and individuals in areas including corporate, employment and civil law, trademark and data protection law, and cross-border projects between Germany and China. Beyond the legal questions, we keep our clients’ commercial and strategic goals in view.

Our work is guided by five principles: progressiveness, international orientation, teamwork, transparency and professionalism. We share experience within the team and closely follow changes in legislation and case law.

International network

YK Law is a member of the Yingke Global Lawyer Network, an international association of law firms founded by Yingke Law Firm (Beijing). Where our clients need advice abroad, we can recommend suitable firms from the network and put them in touch, within the limits of our professional rules. In turn, we advise clients from the network in Germany.
